**About the Role**:
Our team is continuing to grow as is our positioning with the bigger clients in our market and consequently, we require a new Implementation Manager to be primarily responsible for assisting with implementing our software with new, larger, and more complex customers. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure the users of our software have the best possible experience and maximise their utility from the system. This is key to enabling them to be more sustainable and to deliver to their aged, disabled, or in other ways challenged clients to live better lives.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who is;
- Experienced and confident in working with and servicing larger-scale customer organisations
- Adept at managing sometimes challenging implementations and contract negotiations
- Motivated by delivering positive customer outcomes and can empathise with customers
- Proactive in creating and implementing solutions to customer problems
- Resourceful, good with time management, always meets their commitments
- A great communicator

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong organisational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ‘Delight the Customer’ mentality; ability to empathise and build customer loyalty
- Proven track record of delivering the highest level of customer service
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company (desirable)
