**How will I help?**

Your role as Executive Manager, Indigenous Business Banking will be a key member of the National Leadership Team within Westpac Indigenous Banking and is paramount to helping contribute to Westpac’s vision and strategic priorities to deliver financial wellbeing to Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander People. You will be responsible for overseeing and spearheading the development and implementation of short
- and long-term growth strategies and plans for business expansion, customer acquisition, referrer conversion and retention.

Responsibilities include helping to shape the strategic relationships that will unlock growth for Indigenous businesses, supporting customer relationship-building initiatives and facilitating cross-selling opportunities. You will be an experienced people leader who can coach and mentor your team to success. You will have the ability to live and lead by our core values, develop and maintain the skills and knowledge of the team, whilst promoting a supportive and cohesive culture.

Success in this role means always having your finger on the pulse, keeping up to date with current market trends, analysis and identification of revenue opportunities whilst building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You are a naturally engaging leader who possesses a customer focused mentality, is highly service oriented, and has the ability to guide, direct and advise on the Indigenous business development environment.

**What do I need?**
- Proven track record in leading business development within financial services, including strategic account management
- Demonstrated capability in strategy development and execution
- Experience in establishing performance frameworks including setting goals and targets and reporting on results
- Experience in launching new products, entering new markets and developing go-to-market strategies that resulted in revenue growth
- Proven ability to lead and effectively manage the performance, output and development of direct reports
- Proven track record in building effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Experience managing multi-location teams
- Experience in presenting to executive level decision makers internally and externally
