In the Business Banking Manager role you will be joining a team that is nothing short of customer obsessed. Each day you will go above and beyond to Pro-actively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing fully Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels.

**Each day you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
- Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
- Manage day-day compliance requirements.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
