**About the role**

An exciting opportunity for Transport Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Truganina site. This role will oversee the effective planning and coordination of Allied Pinnacle deliveries and driver schedules, and drive/ support key 3PL transport partners with delivery planning and execution of customer orders and company materials.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinating the transport and route planning for Allied Pinnacle customer group deliveries in VIC
- Ensuring maximised vehicle utilisation and compliance with safe loading and transport standards
- Allocating customer orders through business SAP portal and assigning to regional and metro zones
- Working cross-functionally with key stake holders including customer service, logistics providers, production sites and supply planners
- Monitoring company drivers and temp contractors to follow all safe work practices and legislative policies
- Conducting meetings and feedback sessions with 3PL Transport provider
- Manage and provide necessary feedback, corrective actions and closure of customer complaints within seven days of a complaint being created
- Overseeing all Safety Incident reporting and investigations associated to drivers and transport deliveries
- 3-5 years experience in transport planning & scheduling,
- Experience in FMCG or Logistics industry.
- Understanding of transport industry safety requirements. COR, Heavy Vehicle regulations (Essential)
- Experience in dealing with large customer base and external stakeholders
- Able to communicate with managers and operatives at all levels and a proven team player across organisational lines
- Sound planning, organisational and decision making skills
- Self-managed, motivated and energetic
