- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, management, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, import/export cargo handling, or project coordination, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors.
- Ability to manage and schedule staff effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Competent forklift operation skills with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
- High attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools or ERP systems is desirable.
- Ability to prepare clear presentations and reports for diverse audiences.

**Key Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following**:

- Inspect warehouse import and export cargo to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy.
- Manage and schedule daily tasks for warehouse and project staff to maintain productivity.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed on time and according to requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular status updates to the project team.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and partners to support project success.
- Identify potential issues and risks, proactively resolving them to minimise impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available to all relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation accessible to all relevant parties.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and reporting financial variances.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes and procedures.
- Coordinate labour resources, procurement, and delivery of materials, equipment, and machinery.
- Implement coordinated work programs to ensure smooth operational flow and project execution.
