**Credit Control**: Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
**Collections**: Implement effective strategies to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
**Risk Assessment**: Conduct thorough credit assessments on new and existing customers, providing recommendations for credit limit adjustments.
**Communication**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and negotiate payment plans.
**Reporting**: Prepare and analyse credit and collections reports, providing insights to management.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Experience**: Proven background as a Credit & Collections Officer, preferably in the aviation or related industry.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex financial information.
**Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation abilities for favorable outcomes for both the company and customers.
**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
**Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
