**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage customer accounts** and oversee cash collections
- Respond promptly and accurately to **customer enquiries** about account status
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both **customers and internal stakeholders**
- Assist customer service teams with **resolving account disputes**
- Prepare and update **stop service lists** and related data
- Engage directly with customers to **process outstanding invoices** and meet KPI targets
- Work closely with colleagues and leadership to **reduce aged debt and minimise financial risk**

- **Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections**, with strong reconciliation abilities
