**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage customer accounts and oversee cash collections**:

- **Respond promptly and accurately** to customer enquiries about account status
- **Develop and maintain strong relationships** with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist customer service teams with **resolving account disputes**:

- Prepare and update **stop service lists and related data**:

- **Engage directly with customers** to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets
- Work closely with colleagues and leadership to **reduce aged debt and minimise financial risk**

- **Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections**, with strong reconciliation abilities
