**About Our Client**
Gybe Consulting is partnering with ATP Science on an eCommerce Marketing Manager position.
ATP Science are gut health experts. All health comes from the Gut and ATP Science products are formulated with that in mind.
They employ world class researchers, naturopaths, clinical dieticians, formulators and health professionals and together this team are changing the lives of thousands of people.
The eCommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand building, portfolio management and driving revenue growth. A consumer product background is essential.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for the leadership and coordination of a marketing team and suppliers to execute the digital strategy to increase sales, conversion and overall site aesthetic.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of website performance, identifying and troubleshooting eCommerce challenges.
- Support the expansion and optimisation of the brand’s organic and paid digital channels, in line with business objectives.
- Manage and execute the paid advertising strategy across various platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
- Continue to grow ATP Science’s brand awareness, customer loyalty, engagement and most importantly the ATP Science community.
- Manage all of the collaborations with brands, influencers and content creators.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing, sales and customer service team.
- Report key performance metrics, insights and opportunities to the senior leadership team.
**Personal Attributes**
As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, this role will combine strategy, execution and team management to enhance ATP Science’s online offering. To be considered for the role, your background will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in eCommerce operations, social media and planning, managing and optimising relevant digital channels and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and integrations such as Klaviyo, customer service, loyalty and subscription apps.
- Excellent track record in product and brand management, from strategy development through to execution.
- Deep understanding of the current social media landscape, including current trends across each platform.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
- Analytical and data driven decision making skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
