What you’ll contribute to
The Quality and Service Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all customer first activities including customer support, warranty, service value chain, in-field product performance, customer quality engineering and Dealer operations kaizen in order to retain customers for life through optimised services and products, grow the market, contribute to profitability objectives and strengthen the Toyota brand.
The Project Control Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and streamlining project performance and systems within Quality and Service in order to contribute to the achievement of set project goals ensuring quality and budget objectives are met to contribute to the achievement of Quality and Service objectives.
How you’ll make an impact- Implement agreed project control processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve Quality and Service project objectives.- Ensure any changes to processes and procedures are accurately documented and communicated.- Assist in the development and maintenance of processes and procedures for Quality and Service projects to enhance Quality and Service operations and meet project goals and objectives.- Measure project performance against set plans and help coordinate the investigation, distribution, and review of issues to ensure efficiency of problem resolution.- Maintain and prepare reports and project schedules to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, targeting, and forecasting activities.- Act as the key contact regarding project control and monitoring activities and help resolve any problems or issues and escalate matters to minimise risk.- Coordinate forums/meetings to ensure that project goals/status are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.- Provide specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers in order to secure delivery of services at expected quality and optimal cost.- Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities.
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification in business, marketing or equivalent experience- 2+ years’ accumulative experience- Experienced with using MS Excel- Track record in meeting critical deadlines.- Experience in project management.- Strong understanding of the business and its commercial drivers- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Strong stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all.- Excellent problem solving and lateral thinking skills.
