We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily schedules of our traffic control crews, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet client needs and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for traffic control crews.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field staff to ensure accurate scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Communicate scheduling details to crews, ensuring they are informed of their assignments, locations, and specific job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew assignments, hours worked, and project details.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to manage staffing levels and forecast future needs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on scheduling efficiency and resource utilisation.

Qualifications:

  • experience in scheduling is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of traffic control regulations and safety standards is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
