About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Infection Prevention and Control Manager to spearhead infection prevention initiatives at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Services, this level 3 role is critical in ensuring a safe environment through the development and execution of effective protocols and strategies.
**Your main duties will include**:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve infection prevention policies and procedures.
Lead staff education and training on infection control standards.
Investigate outbreaks and coordinate swift, effective responses to infection risks.
About you
Proven expertise in infection prevention and control.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
In-depth knowledge of hospital accreditation and compliance standards.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvement.
