Procurement Officer Role in Stable Government Organisation

This Northern-suburbs Government organisation has an opportunity for a Contracts and Procurement Officer to join their operational procurement team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

Within this position, you will be responsible for the provision of advice on procurement and contractual matters to key stakeholders both internally and externally. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring all transactions are compliant with organisation procurement policy
- Administer tender and contract procedures
- Preparation for reports for Executive Management
- Monitor contract performance evaluation
- Oversee tender submission evaluation and prepare corresponding reports

**What you’ll need to succeed**

In order to succeed, you will have substantial experience in and knowledge of tendering processes and contract administration of a wide range of goods and services. You will also be required to have excellent time management and communication skills.

In return, you will be awarded a permanent position in a Government organisation with an excellent work-life balance offering. This organisation is based north of the river, and is offering a salary of $90,000 - $95,000 + 14% superannuation.
