**We’re Hiring Waiters**

Full-time and casual positions available. Trading 7 days a week, there is a variety of shifts available.

Full-time roles only available to those with full-time Australian work rights

**What We’re Looking For**
- A **minimum of 1-2 years’ experience** in a **fast-paced casual dining** or **quick service venue**
- Strong guest service skills and confidence in managing a section
- The ability to communicate clearly and work well under pressure
- A natural sense of hospitality—you love working with people and delivering great guest experiences
- Familiarity with **POS systems**, steps of service, and handling allergen enquiries
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team mentality
- Availability to work across **nights, weekends, and public holidays** as required

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- Supporting day-to-day FOH operations alongside the management team
- Leading briefings, managing sections, and keeping service smooth and on-point
- Assisting with team training and coaching
- Driving strong guest experiences and service consistency
- Contributing to the energetic and positive culture we’re building at Henrietta Bondi
