**VENUE MANAGER - FITCHIES BONDI**

Are you a hospitality leader with a passion for amazing food, exceptional service, and building a thriving team? Fitchies Bondi is searching for a Venue Manager who knows how to create an electric atmosphere, deliver next-level customer experiences, and make everyone feel welcome, valued, and excited to return.

Must have full Australian work rights no holiday or sponsor visas please.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action—leading a high-energy team, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring every plate of fresh, top-quality seafood is served with a smile. You’ll shape the culture, service, and success of our Bondi location, making it the go-to spot for seafood lovers.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Own the customer experience by setting the standard for friendly, fast, and seamless service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team that takes pride in delivering great food and hospitality.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster a loyal community around the venue.
- Drive sales and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty.
- Use customer feedback and sales data to continuously refine service and operations.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum of two years of venue management experience in hospitality, with a strong focus on customer service.
- A hands-on person who thrives in getting in and working with the team.
- A natural people person who enjoys building connections with customers and staff.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Passion for high-quality food and creating an exceptional dining experience.
