- Provide high-level advice and assistance to the Commander, particularly in relation to business strategies, resource allocation and budgetary performance. Manage administrative support processes, including the development and implementation of a business plan that identifies strategies for achieving cost effective and efficient services.**Period of Appointment**:
Fixed Term, Full Time, From 09 December 2024 until 21 July 2025

**Duties**:
Provide high-level advice and assistance to the Commander, particularly in relation to business strategies, resource allocation and budgetary performance. Manage administrative support processes, including the development and implementation of a business plan that identifies strategies for achieving cost effective and efficient services.

**Essential Requirements**:
**Pre-Employment Checks**
- Arson and fire setting;
- Sexual offences;
- Dishonesty (e.g. theft, burglary, breaking and entering, fraud);
- Deception (e.g. obtaining an advantage by deception);
- Making false declarations;
- Violent crimes and crimes against the person;
- Malicious damage and destruction to property
- Trafficking of narcotic substance;
- False alarm raising.

**Desirable Requirements**:
Appropriate tertiary qualifications are desirable or significant progress thereto in a HR Business/Management related field.
