**About the Role**:
The Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving and managing large-scale transformation initiatives within the organisation, including the omnichannel strategy that enhances customer engagement and drives business growth. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement strategic changes that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support the company’s long-term business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead comprehensive transformation strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Lead the Omnichannel vision, strategy, and roadmap and effectively drive digital transformation across the enterprise to deliver high quality & integrated customer experience.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key areas for transformation and establish clear objectives and metrics for success.
- Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation efforts.
- Monitor progress of transformation projects, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of transformation efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members involved in transformation projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree (MBA or similar).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Certification in project management or change management.
- Experience with Lean, ADP, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
