**Overview**:
As the leader of our EPS team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing direction and leadership in employee offer allocations, terminations, transfers, share sales, and payment transactions. Your strategic focus will be on the timely delivery of projects, effective resource allocation, and the maximization of technology for increased efficiency.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Drive on-time delivery of projects with error-free processing.
- Identify and coordinate corporate events impacting Securities Management Group.
- Plan and forecast resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Develop workflows and training programs for timely transaction processing.
- Manage and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Initiate and contribute to the review and implementation of technologies and work practices.
- Manage incident and escalation management, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Effectively coordinate and resolve escalated issues and shareholder/issuer feedback.

- Proven experience in Equity Plan Solutions and Employee plans.
- Track record in successful technology adoption for organizational goals.
- Leadership skills with a focus on delivering business success in a high-risk environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and a knack for problem-solving.
