**What the day will look like**

Fantastic opportunity as a Team Leader within Affinity’s Entertainment team. In the roles, you would be leading a group of 12 Client Executives cross Paramatta and Brisbane as they seek to provide the highest levels of client service to existing and new clients. This role also supports various stakeholders regarding industry related content and supporting the acquisition of new prospects and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Nurturing talent through recruitment, on boarding, and ongoing personal/professional development
- Overseeing quality of client service of your team through precise reporting
- Increasing client service and existing revenue opportunities through further development of the Client Engagement program
- Achieving profitable growth and retention targets for your teams allocated portfolio.
- Ensuring that all team and colleague KPI’s are met and/or exceeded
- Ensuring that your team is appropriately supporting clients with more complex needs through the Aon Go to Market strategies
- Provide qualitative/quantitative insights into the management and improvement of the various Entertainment binder products with the support of the Operations Manager, Product Manager, Partnership and Growth Manager and the Aon broking team
- Developing high quality content for training on a range of product and industry related themes. You will be coordinating and delivering this training
- Providing insight into coverage, undertaking coverage comparisons on Entertainment binder products where necessary
- Supporting the Partnership and Growth team on acquisition of new Channel partners and participating in tenders both new and defensive.
- Developing innovative product solutions and providing guidance on technical related issues will be a key responsibility of this role
- Attending client events and association partner conferences where needed

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic and resilient individual with a passion for shaping and influencing the future direction of product, training and service delivery. You will also meet the following criteria:

- Tier 1 Compliance qualified, highly desired
- Experience across Insurance Broking or Underwriting roles
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Insurance products, or a strong understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines
- Proven experience mentoring and leading teams, demonstrated skills in people management preferred
- Ability to be collaborative and to encourage collaboration
- Ability to positively influence others and to break down organizational silos
- Strong writing, speaking, and presenting skills
- An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position
- Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team
