**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and enthusiastic individual to take the next step in their career as the next Future Team Leader in our Mavericks team in Brisbane

As our Future Team Leader, you will serve as the second-in-command, leading from the front and inspiring growth for our entire team. We pride ourselves on being forward-thinking and innovative, constantly pushing boundaries and surpassing expectations. Moreover, you will work closely with our Specialist teams and report directly to your Team Leader to build strong client relationships and ensure successful recruitment campaigns.

In addition to your Account Executive responsibilities, your day-to-day will include the following:
