The time has come for us to crank up our Ads presence with a Full-time Performance Media Buyer to join our marketing team, and manage a media buying team. As we scale our Ad Spend across new channels, we need a highly analytical, curious and driven digital marketer with proven experience managing large budgets and scaling online brands.

We want you to use your significant successful (and relevant) experience to take us to the next level. Our average monthly spend on Facebook ads is $50,000 and we’re working to scale our monthly spend to $500,000+ across multiple channels, including above the line, around Australia.

We run data-driven marketing and are constantly measuring all KPIs to have a strong understanding of what is working and what is not. You’ll be in charge of leading the media team (Performance Creative Associate & Digital Designer) to Constantly Optimize and Improve our marketing to Constantly Scale our Ads to grow our reach, revenue and impact.

**The key to success in this role will be**:

- Channel research, demographic research and customer profiling.
- Implementing digital campaigns on FB, Instagram, Adwords & TikTok.
- Optimising advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Identifying new customer acquisition channels, including offline ATL.
- Planning above-the-line media spend.
- Relationships with networks & channels.
- Reporting & tracking.
- Team management & process design.
- Stakeholder management.

**Qualifications and training**:

- MBA or Engineering or Marketing Preferred.
- 5+ years of experience.
- At least 3-5 years in digital marketing/performance marketing/media buying - client side.

**Experience Required**:

- Experience managing programmatic, affiliate, remarketing and biddable platforms - Google, Facebook, Twitter, InMobi, Criteo etc
- Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including print, radio, television, film, and social media.

**Knowledge / Skills**:

- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred.
- Excellent financial skills and the ability to manage large budgets.
- Familiarity with media buying, planning and research.
- Interest in following advertising and media trends.
