We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and strategic **Social Media & Marketing Coordinator** to support and grow our brand presence within the **architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry**. This role involves managing content calendars, organising social media pages, capturing and scheduling content, and—most importantly—developing strategies to drive engagement, visibility, and audience growth.

You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas to the table and provide insights that help shape the direction of our digital marketing efforts. This position is **in-person three days per week**, allowing you to stay connected to our people, projects, and culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Draft, schedule, and publish engaging posts that reflect our brand, values, and industry expertise
- Develop and present strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement
- Monitor trends, analyse performance metrics, and recommend tactics to optimize reach and impact
- Design branded graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in social media and marketing coordination (AEC industry experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies for Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in person to collaborate with team members and capture content

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
