About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Community Transport Scheduler/Dispatcher you will make a difference in our client’s lives by assisting them to access transport services.

Reporting to the Community Transport Manager the Scheduler/Dispatcher prepares and monitors daily transport schedules for Service Users and Drivers.

You will create cost effective routes to meet service user needs. The role utilises an electronic routing system and is often involved in last minute changes, cancellations and additional pick-ups or drop offs.

You will also support our clients to access our dedicated Community Transport services by scheduling their trips and providing dispatch assistance to our clients and Community Transport drivers.
