The Agile Delivery Lead drives the delivery of the company priorities by leading multiple squads through coaching, planning, and execution. They oversee the delivery lifecycle, from planning to launch, fostering collaboration among Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Experience Leads, and squad members. Their goal is to create a culture focused on delivery and continuous improvement, aligned with agile best practices and company standards.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Drive squad adoption of various agile techniques, methods, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.
- Lead as a catalyst for change, ensuring squads adopt Agile Ways of Working and industry best standards.
- Coach and enable Product Managers, Tribes Leads, Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Experience Designers to achieve their goals and maximise productivity.
- Create transparency and visibility by utilising metrics for data-driven decision-making, supporting informed choices and effective planning.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.**
- Demonstrated expertise in utilising collaborative tools like Miro, JIRA, Confluence, or their equivalents to facilitate efficient team communication and project management.
- Established track record of successfully delivering complex programs and/or organisational transformations, showcasing project management skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and networks across various levels of the organisation, ensuring alignment and support for project objectives.
- Skilled in multiple Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), with the ability to adapt and select the most suitable approach based on project requirements and team dynamics.
