**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

At Teletrac Navman, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a key member of the wider Operations team.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

- Provisioning of new customers orders using SAP (we can teach you systems)
- Preparing and shipping of Teletrac Navman products for clients and installers
- Testing units prior to dispatch to customers
- Regular stock takes and maintenance of stock
- Using the relevant platforms to record dispatches.

So, whether you are new to the corporate world, someone who has already got a taste of provisioning & administration, or someone looking for a change, we would love to hear from you We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Intermediate computer skills - MS Office
- An interest in the technical space (maybe you are a gamer, fix phones for your friends and family, are interested in software development in the long term?)
- At least 1-year admin or provisioning experience

In addition:

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work within a friendly but results-driven team
- Willingness to take ownership and work effectively in an autonomous environment, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
- A great attitude and work ethic, ability to problem solve
- Previous experience in processing orders would be ideal preferably with a technical or provisioning background, but not essential

**All applicants for this position must be authorized to work full-time in **Australia.**
