We are seeking for a Graduate Service Provisioning Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Manager SDAT and Service Management, this role will be responsible for responding to customer's inquiry by coordinating with Level 2 Service Delivery Consultants and Service Carriers to ensure that their requests have been fully attended to.

**What you'll do as a Graduate Service Provisioning Coordinator**:

- Follow agreed operational processes & procedures
- Ensure the highest level of proficiency is always followed
- Complete provisioning tasks including number porting activities within the Service Level Agreement
- Complete new service activations within the Service Level Agreement
- Communicate provisioning status to service providers within the Service Level Agreement
- Ensure all other tickets/queries are responded to within the Service Level Agreement
- Offer in depth responses to all queries, ensuring service providers/customers fully understand the situation
- Proactively extract data and monitor order statuses, pushing carriers for timely updates as required
- Ensure all monthly reports are provided in timely manner as requested by line manager
- Educate the customer where possible, regarding issue resolution to enable self-resolution in future
- Can be crossed trained to provide minor technical assistance to customer when called for
- Attend to operational activities as assigned by the Team lead and management where necessary.

**Qualifications** What you'll need to succeed**:

- A recently completed degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or similar discipline.
- Prior internships or experience in telecommunications or IT service delivery is desirable.
- Strong understanding of technical support systems and databases. Proficiency with CRM software and service desk systems.
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively handle provisioning tasks and resolve discrepancies.
