Nectar Café Manager

_High profile and award winning cafe, Nectar Espresso is looking for an experienced Manager to lead our team._
- Nectar is a high energy, fun and friendly coffee outlet, located on the beach and is very popular with our local community. It is a great place to meet and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle._
- The Manager role consists of the following duties;_
- _Experience in a high paced environment_
- _BOH duties - rostering, controlling cogs, labor costs, ordering, stocktake_
- _Ability to train and mentor your team_
- _Broad range of barista skills inc. specialty coffees_
- _Pre -planning and time management - we can make upwards of 600+ coffees on any given day, along with a range of cafe style food options, smoothies and light snacks/meals_
