**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Gaming & Reception Attendant with a passion for excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing gaming operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service at reception and on the gaming floor
- Perform all gaming duties, including clearances, machine faults, payouts, and compliance with AML/CTF legislation
- Manage Keno operations (essential) and Max Gaming systems (highly regarded)
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests
- Work independently with mínimal supervision, handling problems effectively

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Current QLD RSA and RSG certificates
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Energetic, friendly, and professional approach to every shift

**Role Details**:

- Casual position, with shifts on weekends and evenings (licensed until midnight)
- Work at a prime beachfront location with stunning ocean views - a truly unique setting for locals who enjoy coastal vibes
