**The role**
As an Administration Officer at GoldCo Security Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Based in our Miami, Queensland office, this full-time position will see you provide a range of administrative and clerical duties to ensure our day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
**Key responsibilities**
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating records, databases and filing systems
- Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents, such are accounts receivable and payable
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars, and bookings
- Organising and coordinating the office
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and other duties as required
**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite and MOYB accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Invoicing: 1 year (preferred)
