**Responsibilities will include**:

- Lead a small team
- Create and deliver data-driven insights
- Use data to discover insights, predict behaviour, and visualise results and patterns
- Influence stakeholders technical and business
- Contribute to thought leadership and best practice in data visualisation and tools
- Work within an Agile environment
- Manage delivery and timeframes
- Keep up to date with latest technologies and tools
- Other duties as directed
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience leading a small team
- Strong skills with data visualisation and data analysis
- Experience with statistical modelling and data science/ machine learning techniques an advantage
- Ability to be hands-on whilst leading a team
- Experience with best practice and latest tools and technologies
- Experience working as Product Owner (highly regarded)
- Strong data discovery skills
- Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and other teams
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
