**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Performance Insights Leader, the Data & Insights Lead will be responsible for using advanced analytical techniques to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making. You will be responding to stakeholder requests and undertaking ad-hoc market, competitor, and customer analysis.

**This could be just the right role for you**

As the Data & Insights Lead you will work across an array of data sets and requests supporting different maturity phases across the business. You will be responsible for:

- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency, by automating data pipelines, reports and dashboards
- Supporting agile ways of working by participating in spring planning, prioritisation and showcases
- Using effective data storytelling to present and communicate insights and opportunities

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Tertiary qualification in a highly analytical discipline (e.g. data analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering)
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence
- Extensive experience in Tableau, SQL and Microsoft Excel (with a proven ability to manipulate and interrogate large data sets)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and ‘outside of the box’
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain key insights to a non-technical audience
- Proven experience in developing clear business requirements, extracting and manipulating data to drive actionable insights and delivering reporting and dashboards
