**Responsibilities**:

The **HR System Analyst** will:

- Liaise between HR stakeholders, IT teams, & external vendors, providing HR process insights to enhance system design & integration.
- Ensure that the system implementation aligns with internal HR needs & business goals.
- Contribute & validate user requirements to facilitate system customisations.
- Advocate for end-user needs & work with vendors to ensure that system configurations support HR operations.
- Ensure the integrity of HR data within the system, testing & validating the system configurations.
- Contribute to the development of training programs for users at all levels, to ensure smooth & effective adoption & utilization of the new HR systems.

**About you**
- Proven experience in a HR Analyst role.
- Demonstrate experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support.
- A detail-oriented mindset is essential, emphasising a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of an HCM, encompassing system configuration, data migration, testing, and training, also would be advantageous.
