We are partnering with a long-established battery minerals producer in Perth, WA, to appoint an HR Analyst – Remuneration & Benefits. You will become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the business, supporting the alignment of remuneration and benefit policies with company values and operational objectives.
The Opportunity
Joining this established producer is an amazing opportunity for a dedicated and detail-focused HR Analyst, to join and support the implementation, continuous improvement and administration of the remuneration and benefits framework. All this while providing guidance to Management, Human Resources, and Recruitment teams in line with company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Remuneration, Benefits & Payroll Lead, you will primarily apply your well-established analytical skills to support and provide timely and practical advice on all aspects of remuneration and benefits, supporting decision-making around salary offers, job changes and entitlements along with administering the Company's incentive schemes.
You will also conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments to ensure pay structures remain competitive. As well as supporting the delivery of the annual remuneration review process, including data preparation, analysis, relevant reporting, and the provision of support and guidance to leaders throughout the process.
About you
Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in a related business discipline and have an established knowledge of current Remuneration & Benefits policies, frameworks and relevant systems. Experience within or with the Australian resources or heavy industry is desirable, but not essential. Data analysis, data-driven decisions, advanced Excel working knowledge and application, attention to detail, a high level of self-motivation and an improvement-driven mindset are all required to support streamlining of existing processes and maximise efficiencies.
The role will be based in their head office in central Perth, working Monday – Friday with flexibility on offer to work one day per week from home.
