**Your New Role**

As the Creative Studio Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our vibrant creative team. This role is all about ensuring our ideas don’t just stay ideas but are brought to life with precision and flair. You'll manage the flow of projects, from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring every piece is high-quality, on time, and within budget.

You'll act as the crucial link between creative vision and practical execution, keeping everything running smoothly while balancing the needs of the team. This is a hands-on role where leadership meets logistics—empowering the team, streamlining processes, and ensuring we continuously deliver our best work.

**Your Day to Day**
- Oversee and coordinate all ongoing creative projects.
- Manage studio resources, including equipment and materials.
- Lead, support, and inspire the creative team.
- Maintain budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Liaise between the creative team and external partners.
- Ensure all projects meet quality and brand standards.
- Manage studio scheduling and team availability.
- Prepare regular operational reports for leadership.

- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Strong project management abilities, able to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between internal and external teams
- Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on efficiency
- A proactive problem-solver, able to resolve issues swiftly
- A team player, collaborating across disciplines
- Technical knowledge of industry tools and design principles
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
