In the role of **Business Banking Executive Regional & Agribusiness**, you will lead and join the **Southern Queensland team that’s winning together.** **Located in Dalby,**this region also covers Kingaroy and Goondiwindi.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Accountable for maximising customer growth, people leadership and direction, driving key revenue & financial targets, leading customer focus and enhancing market presence
- Provide leadership support in skills development, relationship development and guidance in achieving individual business plans to your team
- Accountable for the execution of risk appetite and culture as per the B&PB Risk Appetite.
- Key influencer working across the region to bring to life NAB proposition, in particular growing/deepening industry specialisation
- Significant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accountability, with significant Revenue responsibilities, Lending footings and Deposits

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Significant banking background in either business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised business, or equivalent professional experience in a related career.
- Strategic customer relationship and operational management e.g. maximising income mix, pipeline management, prospecting and acquisition, account planning, workload planning, etc.
- Experience in building own and enterprise brand in the external market.
- Leadership in driving People and Change management initiatives
