About Us
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product lifecycle management for the business deposits portfolio (comprising ‘at call’ and fixed term deposit accounts for business customers).
In addition, you will partner with the Head of Deposits, Payments, Strategy & Integration to develop and articulate the product strategy for business deposits products, to facilitate execution of to execute the product strategy, which will be aligned with the broader Business Banking strategy as articulated by the EGM Business Banking.

**Role Type**: 12-month Maximum Term Contract, Full-time
What will your day look like?
**As a Manager Business Deposit Product, you will**:
Define, develop and manage customer experience design as it relates to the business banking customer deposit portfolio, seeking opportunities to continuously improve and innovate to the benefit of all stakeholders.
In conjunction with the Head of Deposits, Payments, Strategy & Integration, responsible for design of the business deposit product strategy and offering including new product development.
Develop and execute relevant product propositions in accordance with the agreed customer strategy and customer value proposition applicable to attract, retain and grow customers.
Support design and execution of the Business Banking’s distribution for business deposit products.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop product and end-to-end fulfilment strategies and initiatives that position the relevant products for sustainable growth in both the short/medium term.
Support design and execution of the marketing strategy for business deposits and other business segment products.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong experience in product management and preferably within a business banking environment.
Demonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking / planning, commercial, analytical and presentation skills
Ability to use interpersonal style to establish and develop relationships.
Ability to manage direct reports and stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives.
Recognise and implement business strategies to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, customer experience and sales productivity.
