**About Provum**

Provum Ventures, is an Illawarra-owned and operated business specialising in delivering community services across the aged care and disability sector. They own and operate four brands: allcare (in-home aged care); Bunji (disability services); Amplified Health (allied health); and TurnPoint Software (software solutions for the aged care and disability sector). They are one of the fastest growing start-ups in the Illawarra. The aim of all of Provum's businesses is to ensure our clients live their best life independently in the community.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications (HoMC), this role supports the management of all marketing and communication efforts of Provum Group’s service delivery brands (allcare, Amplified Health, Bunji, and TurnPoint).

For this role we are offering a competitive salary based on skills and experience in the range of $85,000 to $95,000.

**Responsibilities**
- The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Align marketing and communication efforts to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
- Identify and execute improvements for process, content, and lead generation.
- Implement social media content and digital marketing strategies (including eDM) across all owned and paid online channels.
- Grow, engage and converse with our audiences across all owned and paid digital platforms and channels (web, social, eDM, paid).
- Work with the HoMC and cross-organisational teams to develop and implement digital and social media plans for key campaigns and BAU (across website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube / Vimeo).
- Work with the HoMC to develop and implement strategies to acquire and engage audiences, identify new opportunities, and increase growth across digital and social media platforms.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, innovations, and the changing digital and social landscape to ensure all stakeholders across Provum Group are well-informed in a highly competitive market
- Undertake relevant reporting and post campaign analysis.
- Assist in the development of cross-channel marketing programs and brand initiatives.
- Assist in the organisation of external events.

**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media or relevant field.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar digital and content role.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Expertise in web digital marketing.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms and social media monitoring tools (Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with social media paid ad management and targeting.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with digital and social marketing strategies and channels
- Familiarity with web and social media reporting platforms and the ability to analyse results.
- Familiarity with content management systems e.g. Squarespace, WordPress etc.
- Experience in using photo and video-editing software and marketing automation platforms (MailChimp).
- Previous experience in a multi-brand, multi-audience, and multi-product environment would be advantageous.
