**About the role**

**Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be**:
- Assessment of low level notices
- Undertake risk assessment of collective and individual low level notices
- Data entry through established processes
- Escalation of notices that are not appropriate for low level management
- Transfer of notices that require additional assessment
- Completion of notices to meet developed KPIs
- Meet competency checks and quality assurance

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Ability to acquire new knowledge quickly and to a high level
- Demonstrated good communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to contribute productively in a team environment
- Ability to manage sensitive and sometimes confronting information
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use various databases and other IT systems
- Have strong decision on making skills and attention to detail
- Must be an Australian Citizen
