In this role, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing all content to be delivered and explained in a digestible format, including assessment tasks - Ensuring that all required content is covered based on the Instructional Guidelines - Delivering 1-2 day seminars for students that meet all learning and assessment requirements - Conducting 2-3 hour private online assessments of students and assessing them on learning outcomes and regulatory requirements - Delivering 4-hour online workshops to students, adhering to existing unit guides **About You** To be successful in this role, you will have: - A Diploma, Bachelor or higher in Counselling, Community Service or a related field - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR a Diploma of Adult Education (or higher) - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Minimum 2 years of experience working as a counsellor - Ability to develop and implement training programs **About AIPC** The Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC) is a private RTO providing VET and Higher Education specialising in the delivery of external education programs in counselling, and various community services courses.
