**About the role**:
The Test Manager will implement Quality Assurance framework and practices across Comm Services and identify/fill testing capability gaps within delivery squads.

**About you and your skills**:
You will be an experienced Test Manager who will be able to set up the framework and also someone who has hands on exp. You will also have strong experience in managing a team - both onshore and offshore. You will be experienced in automation testing as well.

Your skills
- Minimum of 8 years of test experience with a mix of Agile methodology and testing processes
- Demonstrated experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid etc.)
- Experience with test automation
- Ability to communicate and drive improvement initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven experience in testing for critical systems
- Proven experience in using Confluence/Jira/Xray(desirable)
- Preferable to have retail / ecommerce experience
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment and task switching when required
- Proactive team player
- Preferable to have ISTQB test certification
