Manage and lead an engaged team to develop and implement Manningham’s communication strategy and initiatives.

**About the Role**

The Coordinator Communications and Brand will lead a dynamic team: Integrated Communications and Engagement, Brand and Design, and Publications, to develop and implement Manningham’s communication strategy and policies. You will manage the day-to-day priorities of the team and be responsible for all external communication activities.

You will also play a critical advisory role in larger cross functional projects. Your communications and engagement experience will ensure we maximise our presence in the community and result in positive outcomes for our customers.
- A tertiary qualification in communications or other relevant field.
- Experience with leading a customer focused team delivering strategic communications and publications.
- Great problem solving skills to resolve complex operational and service delivery issues to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiating ability to influence outcomes to achieve organisational objectives.
- Certificate in Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) is desired.
