**entertainment brands** in their search for a Social Media Executive to join their cohesive and collaborative team in Sydney. The team culture is all about fun and this permeates everything the teams does and works on.

You will play a fundamental role in a business's online presence. Working closely with Marketing colleagues and external partners, this pivotal position will shape and build our social media presence to drive awareness, engagement and consideration

**Responsibilities**:

- Create/brief and curate content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.
- Develop and execute an always-on organic social media calendar and partner with the Marketing team on paid social campaigns
- Actively engage with followers and community across social media channels
- Stay on top of best practices, emerging trends, technologies and opportunities
- Write engaging and fun social copy, while incorporating key brand messaging
- Monitor and analyse social media performance
- Partner with external agencies to manage influencer activity and paid social campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional understanding of the social media landscape
- A creative and innovative flair, with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to adapt quickly and with positivity to new or changing circumstancesHighly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and copy-writing skills
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience in social media management
