**About the role**
Reporting into the Head of Social Media, you will join an existing team of 3 where you will utilise data, creative, technology and insights to plan and execute social media strategy and campaigns with a laser focus on hitting KPIs, analysing performance and reporting results. You will be hands on with campaign management including planning, bid management, ad copy, creative testing, scheduling and ongoing optimization.
This role will be focused on hitting KPIs right through the sales funnel, including acquiring new customers and identifying opportunities to promote Sportsbet to existing customers across Social Media platforms such as Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Collaborate and liaise with our content teams to acquire the creative and content we need to hit our targets
- Measure and analyse results using analytical tools and report findings to management
- Defining and executing social media strategies in line with Sportsbet’s broader social media acquisition and customer lifecycle targets
- Work with ad tech to maximise impact and timely troubleshooting
**About You**
You will be a brilliant team-worker and influencer of those around them. Along with this, someone who has:
- A strong understanding of all the social media platforms, what they offer advertisers and users.
- Excellent hands on social campaign build, monitor, optimize and reporting skills
- A strong communicator with an ability to simplify and tell story’s clearly and with impact.
- Knowledge of the various social advertising formats and placements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with strong analytical abilities
- Experience with Facebook, Google, Snap, Twitter ad platforms as well as exposure to any social monitoring or campaign management tools like Sprinklr, Sprout etc would be highly regarded.
