**The Role**
The roles will ensure that service support and service delivery processes related to the capability are in place that are aligned with both business expectations and CIOG and Defence strategic direction.
These roles directly manage tier 1 and tier 2 Defence Strategic industry partners. They will directly support the Director roles that are accountable for delivery of the capability sustainment services.
**About our Team**
We achieve this through the:
- Management of the delivery of End User Compute, Application Hosting and Platform Services to Defence.
We are looking for multi-disciplinary collaborators who will be able to understand both the tactical and strategic needs of our business stakeholders and produce results according to their requirements primarily through partnerships with Defence industry.
The right person for these roles will show the flexibility to respond to the changing context and shifting priorities, and work with industry to realign resourcing to meet that new demand. You will be a leader who provides support and guidance to your team to ensure they are sensitive to Defence strategic direction and equipped to excel in managing ICT capabilities.
You will need to have some knowledge of ICT, experience in managing contracts and be familiar with project management methodologies, as well as either experience in or an ability to learn aspects of service management, financial management and procurement.
CIOG is interested in applicants who may not have experience and skills in all of these areas, so long as applicants can demonstrate an aptitude and ability to develop them.
