Sydney, Australia Australian Government Department of Social Services Full time

Audit and Assurance Branch
- Canberra - Adelaide - Brisbane - Sydney

**Position Description**:
This vacancy for Assistant Director Program Compliance provides a great opportunity to lead a new approach to program compliance across all Department grant programs. We are looking for applicants with a diverse range of experience in program management, program or regulatory compliance, intelligence, investigations or transferrable skills for the role.

The successful applicant will work independently and lead a team to provide objective compliance advice, guidance, and support to programs and policy areas within the Department of Social Services. There will be an opportunity to lead project tasks including the development and delivery of compliance education and communication products for internal and external stakeholders. The role would suit a motivated individual with experience in leading a team to deliver compliance or program management, who also has the ability to work closely with stakeholders in the prevention, detection, management and reporting of serious and systemic grant recipient non-compliance.

If you’re looking for a dynamic and exciting compliance space where you will have the chance to contribute to innovative approaches to preventing and responding to non-compliance, look no further Applicants who have experience in regulatory compliance, risk and intelligence, and/or financial accounting are encouraged to apply.
