**Role Overview**
- Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk, this role will lead the development of a Business Case (including scoping and sequencing of workstreams, change management, resourcing and funding requirements) to deliver the Group Risk and Compliance Strengthening Program. The program has been established to improve the Group’s Risk & Compliance management infrastructure, culture and capability.
- The key focus of the program is on Core policy and framework implementation - Risk Event Management (Phase 2); Risk & Control Self-Assessment; Issue & Action Management, Regulatory Compliance Framework, including a decision on ‘future-state’ Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) system service provider.

- **Based in George Street Sydney CBD office, be a part of Group Enterprise Risk Management team**
**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Successful delivery of the program’s business case, and subsequently of the assigned streams of work
- Defining the scope of the program in collaboration with senior management and stream leads, including identification, prioritisation and management of out-of-scope tasks.
- Facilitate workshops with business unit stakeholders to define divisional activities and determine resource requirements (Number, Skills, and Duration) to support the program.
- Implement and monitor program activities throughout the program’s lifecycle. This includes creating and managing as agreed, project plans and functions with supporting project teams to support implementation.
- Utilise a mix of Agile and PMBOK methodologies, this will include partnering and liaising with stakeholders from Enterprise Risk, Business units, the CRO, external consultants, Change, IT and external vendors.
- Prepare and present project updates to steering committees and approval boards, ensuring clear communication and decision support.
- Reporting on project quality and project success metrics during regularly scheduled and ad hoc project review meetings with the Program Sponsors.
- Determining the objectives and measures upon which the program will be evaluated at its completion, with a particular focus on ROI and benefits.
- Provide coaching to analysts and program participants (as required) to inspire team members to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Collaborate with stream leads and stakeholders through the various streams of the program.
- Implement effective governance for program tracking and reporting including progress tracking reports and financial information.
- Ensuring the correct stakeholders are engaged and consider impacts on their areas and clients.
- Ensure issues, risks, and approvals are documented and managedCollaborate with the program sponsor to develop effective risk management and contingency plans to minimise the consequence of adverse events.**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Experience in developing and presenting business cases.
- 10-15 yrs experience as a Program Manager or Program Director leading risk and compliance uplift programs including implementing GRC systems.
- Proficient in the use of MS Project for project planning, tracking and reporting
- PMBOK or Prince II qualification and Agile scrum master certification
- Competent in a variety of delivery methodologies such as waterfall and agile
- Ability to formulate reports and to provide well considered options for deliberation by management
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver outcomes
- High level facilitation skills and capable management of group dynamics that lead to the effective facilitation, guidance and negotiation of successful outcomes
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels of the organisation
- Significant experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframesExcellent organisational skills and strong problem-solving capability**Some of our Employment Benefits**
