**POSITION**

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

- Facilitating new client onboarding processes
- Maintaining and monitoring of workflow with a focus on continued improvement
- Preparing and formatting written communications
- Website and software support and administration
- Maintenance of HR systems and processes
- Developing systems and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the business
- Providing varied administrative support to the team

**CANDIDATE**
- 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Client relationship management skills
- An interest in business development and marketing and a desire to continually improve and add value
- Able to work in an autonomous role and still be part of the team
- Strong sense of initiative
- Experience in developing new operational strategies and plans
- Proven ability to analyse processes and ensure continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and quality management
