Seeking experienced Client Service Officer in successful Adelaide Accounting firm
**Your new company**
Your new company is a professional services firm centrally located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. They provide a range of high-quality accounting and advisory services tailored to each client and their specific needs. A new opportunity has presented itself for a Full Time Client Service Administrator to join their supportive and dynamic team.
**Your new role**
Your new role as Client Service Administrator is an integral part of the team, offering support to the professional accounting staff. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating the Practice Management system with client details and assisting in the management of firm workflow
- Preparing various client communications including engagement letters
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office including submitting ATO registrations and managing requests from staff and clients, and assisting with ATO lodgements
- Liaising with Australian Securities & Investments Commission and managing ASIC obligations which can include, company incorporations, preparation of ASIC documents, and business entity set up and registration
- Preparation of group structure diagrams
- Collating and preparing financial pack requests, including preparing the e-signing bundle to be sent to the client
- Client invoicing and processing of WIP requests
- Superannuation administration, which can include Class reports, document collation, preparing draft and final packs for super funds
- General office administration and adhoc duties as required, including occasional relief support for the Operations Team and Reception cover
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the accounting industry or another professional services firm
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to prioritise workloads, manage expectations and deliver on time
- Enthusiastic, dedicated with a team orientated approach
- Able to work through issues and be an effective problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience working with ATO, ASIC and other government organisations is preferred
- Previous experience with Reckon APS, NowInfinity, an advantage
