**About the Company**:
Our client is a medium sized firm that specialises on providing financial advice to customers with an effective strategy to help them achieve their financial goals within a timeframe. They provide the opportunity for clients who lack strategy to plan and grow their wealth in the most effective way.

This position is the ideal position if you are a recent Financial Planning Graduate or have experience working as an adviser assistant looking to progress your career. They are also open to someone who has been in a admin/support role in a professional office environment.

**The Role**:

- Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
- Book client meetings
- Prepare Client Portfolio Reviews
- Prepare ad-hoc SOA/ROA documentation
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
- Processing new client packs including conducting analysis client health and financial information
- Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
- Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies

**Skills & Experience**:

- Have experience in the Financial Planning Industry (open to financial planning graduates) preferred but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN preferred but not essential
