**Job Description**:

- Maintain, manage and identify prospects, opportunities, and to support our customers, offering solutions and resolutions
- Develop and manage tasks to meet and achieve time frames, targets and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Effective management client follow ups by utilising the tools available

Job Qualifications:

- Flexible, adaptive and quick learner in fast paced environment, ability to multi-task is a must
- Strong phone etiquette and confidence and an understanding of outbound telephony techniques
- Sound computer skills, sufficient typing ability and basic knowledge of computing systems such as Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- 2+ years' experience in customer service role (Retail or Call Centre background preferred)
- Ability to take initiative delivering client focused outcomes and positive customer experiences
